| Modification importante au processus d'importation des contacts |

Toujours soucieux de mieux vous servir, nous apporterons une modification importante au processus d'importation des contacts le lundi 21 juillet 2014. En effet, dès cette date, l'importation de vos contacts se fera avec un nouveau fichier gabarit en format Excel (XLS). Cette modification simplifiera grandement le processus d'importation, mais obligera la transition vers la nouvelle version du fichier d'import.
De plus, la structure du fichier d’importation sera modifiée : dès le lundi 21 juillet 2014, les adresses courriel de vos contacts devront être placées dans la colonne « A » plutôt que la colonne « R » comme c’est le cas à l'heure actuelle.
Veuillez donc télécharger la nouvelle version du gabarit d'importation et utilisez ce fichier pour la gestion de vos listes de contacts.

Important Modification to the Contact Import process

In our ongoing effort to improve iNewsBLITZ, please note that we will be making a significant change to the contact import process on Monday, July 21st, 2014. As of that date, iNewsBLITZ members will be required to use a new Excel format (XLS) contact import file. This mandatory transition to the new version of the contact import file will greatly simplify the contact import process.
In addition, the structure of the contact import file will be modified: as of Monday, the contact email addresses will need to be placed in column A rather than in column R, as is currently the case.
Please download the new version of the contact import file by clicking here and use it to manage your contact lists.
