THE FIRST REGROUPEMENT RELÈVE D’AÉRO MONTRÉAL EVENT A BIG SUCCESS Last night we held a conference on service professions in aeronautics. The event was organized in collaboration with the Société de Relations d’Affaires d’HEC Montréal. Nearly 300 young people and industry professionals gathered at the HEC Montréal business school for a series of lectures given by various industry players. Representatives of CAE (Hélène V. Gagnon, Vice President, Public Affairs and Global Communications and Chair of Aéro Montréal’s Board of Directors; Samantha Golinski, Senior Advisor, Global Communications), Bombardier (Jasmine Thériault, Procurement Director, Bombardier) and Abipa (Jean Blondin, President) talked about their career paths and answered questions from young people. Service professions (communication/marketing, supply, human resources...) are still not adequately promoted in aerospace and yet constitute essential functions that are sought after by all companies in our sector, regardless of size. Watch the pictures of the event.
