REMINDER – ONLY 2 DAYS LEFT TO SUBMIT YOUR PROJECT MACH FAB 4.0 INITIATIVE – CALL FOR PROJECTS UNDERWAY – DEADLINE: THIS FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2017 The 2nd call for projects for the MACH FAB 4.0 Initiative is currently underway. The MACH FAB 4.0 initiative, led by Aéro Montréal with partners CEFRIO, AÉROÉTS and STIQ, aims to support companies’ digital transformation. It also promotes the implementation of advanced manufacturing within SMEs in Québec’s aerospace sector to give them an increased competitive advantage based on their 4.0 capabilities. The projects selected as part of the FAB 4.0 MACH Initiative are implementing technologies linked to the pillars of 4.0 so that participating companies acquire new capabilities and increase their digital maturity. Financial assistance in the form of non-repayable contributions is available for the projects selected. MACH INITIATIVE – Recruitment of companies Also, please note that applications for the recruitment of companies for the MACH Initiative are ongoing. Nine suppliers will be selected following the call for applications that ends on October 13, 2017. To help you better understand what this facet of the MACH Initiative involves and to guide you in finding a sponsor, Aéro Montréal invites representatives of Québec aerospace manufacturing companies wishing to join the initiative or act as a sponsor to contact one of the program’s managers: Martin Hamel, Luc Chénier or Mathieu Cléroux.
